PAEDIATRIC SURGERY
Along with my paediatric surgical colleagues I provide a service to assess and if necessary perform emergency surgery for acute surgical presentations in children across the Gold Coast. Referrals commonly come from your general practitioner, the Emergency Department or your paediatrician. Decisions regarding the best place to provide care will reflect the availability of appropriate resources and an assessment of the clinical status of your child.
